When contacting our support team please try to be as detailed as possible. Try to include the following:

  1. the issue you are experiencing
  2. if the issue is only affecting you or others
  3. about when the issue started to occur
  4. is this the first time the issue has happened
  5. what steps, if any, were attempted to try and solve the issue
  6. if something was changed before the issue occurred
  7. any other information you feel would help resolve the issue faster
